Jonathan's Bio
Jonathan is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Perigon, where he leads all legal, compliance, and regulatory functions for the firm.
An attorney by training, Jonathan began his career as an associate at two prominent law firms—Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, D.C., and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. in Palo Alto, CA. He later transitioned to Morgan Stanley, where he served as in-house counsel, managing various teams and holding multiple legal and regulatory roles.
Jonathan went on to serve as Chief Compliance Officer at Edelman Financial Engines. Following that, he became Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at LPL Financial, overseeing the firm’s advisory businesses along with other key units, including its Trust Company, research division, and financial planning teams.
He holds a B.A. and J.D. from The George Washington University and an M.L.A. from Stanford University.
Jonathan resides in the Boston area with his wife and three children.
