Debby's Bio
Debby has more than 25 years experience in financial services, M&A project management, and operations. Prior to joining Perigon, Debby was the Manager of Integrations at The Colony Group working closely with new merger teams to facilitate their adoption of current technology platforms, compliance processes, and client service and operations best practices. At Perigon, she leads the Transitions Team to ensure a smooth integration process for new teams and their clients. Her commitment to exceptional client service, operational efficiencies, and open communication fosters a collaborative transition experience.
Debby grew up on a small horse farm outside of Syracuse, NY, instilling in her the love of animals and the value of teamwork. Her riding ended when she went away to college, but her love of horses has remained. Debby currently serves as President of James River Horse Foundation, an organization that rescues former racehorses from potential abuse or slaughter and uses the horses in an equine vocational program focusing on inmate re-entry skills at a local prison.
Debby earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY College at Cortland.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the barn, hiking, reading, and traveling to discover new favorite places. She lives near Richmond, VA and is married with two grown boys and a crazy Australian Shepherd.
