John's Bio
John became a Partner at Perigon Wealth Management in March 2024 and has served in various financial, operations, and business administration functions throughout his career in the investment management industry.
Prior to merging with Perigon, John was co-founder, COO and CFO of Blue Water Capital Management, a Syracuse-based SEC Registered Investment Advisor, now a Perigon partner. John directed the operations, financial and business functions and was the primary liaison with its outside investment management consulting firm. He was also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to co-founding Blue Water, John served for three years as Vice President of Operations and Finance at a Syracuse-based RIA and spent seven years in Denver, Colorado serving as Vice President of Investment Accounting and Treasurer at Berger Funds mutual fund complex.
John has served in the community as a youth sports coach, a member of the Finance and Audit Committees of his church, and was a member of the Board of Jowonio School in Syracuse.
