Philip's Bio
Philip Hart co-founded Perigon and serves as Perigon’s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Hart also serves as the principal portfolio manager of the firm’s blue chip equity strategy and taxable and tax-free individual bond portfolios.
Mr. Hart was previously a Senior Vice President at Bishop Street Capital Management where he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for high-net-worth clients and developed the Bishop Street Tax-managed Equity Fund.
He worked at JP Morgan Private Bank where he served as a Vice President & Western Regional Manager for the investment management division. Mr. Hart has also served as Senior Portfolio Manager at Northern Trust Bank.
Mr. Hart is a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco. Mr. Hart holds a BA in Finance from the University of Oregon.
