The following Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Perigon’s use of SMS to communicate with you about your accounts. These SMS-specific Terms and Conditions supplement our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website’s homepage.
1. SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Perigon Wealth Management, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Meeting requests and reminders, or other relevant account information
- Billing inquiries
- Promotional offers
- Educational content
Example: “Hello, this is Perigon Wealth Management with a friendly reminder of your upcoming meeting with John Smith at our office on January 1, 2025, at 10:00am PT. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
3. Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your account(s) status or review meeting(s), up to 1 SMS message per month regarding promotional offers or educational content, and up to 1 SMS message per quarter regarding billing inquiries.
4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5. Opt-In Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Perigon Wealth Management in the following ways:
- Verbally, during a conversation with your advisor
- By confirming via email to your advisor
- By submitting an online form via our website
6. Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (877) 977- 2555 to request removal from our messaging list.

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, you can get help directly from us by calling (877) 977-2555.
Additional Options:
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms or speak directly with your Perigon advisor.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt-out at any time by texting “STOP.”
- For assistance, text “HELP” or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages on our website.
- Message frequency may vary.
9. For California Residents – Your Privacy Rights:
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Perigon does not sell personal data).
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
